My name is Nick Menard, I am a certified personal trainer by International Sports Science Association or also known as ISSA. My goal is to help you reach your fitness goals by utilizing workout regiments and nutrition plans designed by myself but specifically for you. I take all my clients serious and I am determined to get you not only to your goal but above and beyond that goal.
Straight out of high school I joined the United States Army Reserves and left for basic training at the end of that summer. When I came back home is when my fitness journey began. I started creating diet plans and workout regiments for myself that would show results! It wasn't until the start of this year I decided to use my fitness strategies to help others reach their fitness goals.
